Plan, design and build bespoke stand with printed panels. Supply large TV screen, laptop, podium pods, literature stands and water dispenser. The stand had to be firstly planned and built off site to make sure everything was perfect and had to include a fully enclosed storeroom with a “secret” door incorporated into the design of the printed panels. We supplied the bistro table and chairs, fridge, coat rack and specially designed and built the new overhead LED lighting system. We liaised with the event organisers to organise the carpet and power and even delivered the crisps, sweet’s and other refreshments
