Given that the Olympia venue is a long way from Scotland, and the timeframe was of the utmost importance for dressing the stand, we needed something that was easy to transport and install but also made an impact so we made the design as simple as we could but with a 3 dimensional twist. For ease of transportation, we decided the best solution was to dress the shell walls provided by the venue with fabric, incorporating the colours of the EventIt promotional bags. We manufactured a large 3-dimensional letter “E” to take centre stage which gave the appearance of floating in front of the fabric wall along with various partners logo boards also giving the illusion of floating. (but how? Shh, it’s a secret)
